Koc University ID Card and Email
- After receiving your residence permit, you can obtain your Koc-Email and ID card by sending emails to HR (hr-gripasisi@ku.edu.tr), IT (it@ku.edu.tr), and Registrar Office (registrar@ku.edu.tr). It is strongly suggested to have your supervisor CC’ed in your emails; otherwise, this procedure may take a long time.
- Please be informed that during the ID card preparation period (which can take as long as ~2-3 weeks), you might be asked to leave the shuttle at the entrance gate for the identification process at every entrance to the main campus, and then you walk to the campus.
- The best way to deal with possible issues is by sending an email to Registrar@ku.edu.tr and asking them to open a Trackit account and open a Trackit for each issue.
