KU Students

• After one month, your performance and commitment will be evaluated and you can be eligible to get access to the laboratory.  In order to do so, please get confirmation from your supervisor and provide them your KU ID number.
• Once confirmed, your supervisor will contact authorities to give access to your KU ID card for lab access.

Students from Other Universities

• After one month, your performance and commitment will be evaluated and you can be eligible to get temporary ID card for the campus entrance. In order to do so, please get confirmation from your supervisor.
• Once confirmed, ensure all the necessary documents asked by the Occupational Health and Safety department are filled out and signed.
• Then, send an email to guvenlik@ku.edu.tr and CC PI and your supervisor. You can find an example below and please follow guides on how to write your e-mails.

• And you’ll pick up your ID card from HR. After getting your ID Card, send an email to celveren@ku.edu.tr to get temporary access to our lab (please CC PI and your supervisor).
• When your position ends, fill out the lab survey about your experience in our lab. Then you can leave your card to the Human Resources Department(HR).
